(A) Sales defined in § 54.001 shall be conducted only on residential property owned by or rented on a minimum of a month-to-month basis to the person conducting the sale.
(B) No person may conduct more than two (2) yard sales within any one (1) calendar year.
(C) The length of any one (1) yard sale shall not exceed three (3) consecutive days, or portions thereof.
