For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context indicates or clearly requires a different meaning.
"PERSON." Any individual, partnership, corporation, or voluntary association.
"YARD SALES." Includes yard sales, garage sales, rummage sales, attic sales, moving sales, or any similar casual sale of tangible personal property which is advertised by means by which the public at large is, or can be made aware of the sale.
