§ 54.999 PENALTY

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each violation. Each day a yard sale is conducted in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
