11-1-4: INTERPRETATION OF REGULATIONS:

All subdivisions as herein defined shall be submitted for approval by the City Council and shall comply with the provisions of these regulations. These regulations shall supplement all other regulations, and where at variance with other laws, regulations and ordinances or resolutions the more restrictive requirements shall apply. (Ord. 561, 4-18-1983)
