6-1-1: EFFECT OF REGULATIONS:

   A.   It shall be unlawful for any person to do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required herein. (Ord. 753, 10-21-2002)

   B.   Any violation of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor and be punishable by imprisonment in the County Jail not exceeding six (6) months, or by a fine as established in the master fee schedule, or by both. (Ord. 753, 10-21-2002; amd. Ord. 925, 10-1-2018)
