ADOPTING ORDINANCE

AN ORDINANCE

AN ORDINANCE FOR REVISING, COMPILING AND CODIFYING THE GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRANGEVILLE, IDAHO.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRANGEVILLE, IDAHO COUNTY, IDAHO;

Section 1. All ordinances of a general nature now in force in the City of Grangeville, Idaho County, Idaho, as revised, compiled and codified and hereafter set forth are hereby adopted, passed, published and declared to constitute the official Code of the City of Grangeville according to Chapter 5, Title 50, Idaho Code, as amended.

Section 2. This ordinance and all ordinances of a general nature contained in this Code shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and upon publication in the official newspaper.

This ordinance passed under suspension of rules, upon which a roll call vote was duly taken, is hereby enacted at a meeting of the City Council held February 2, 1959 at 7:30 P.M.
