These regulations shall apply to the subdividing of land within the corporate limits of Grangeville, including the property within one mile outside the corporate limits of the City or as mutually defined by both the City and the Idaho County Board of Commissioners under requirements of Idaho Code 50-1306. As the corporate limits are extended, the one mile area outside the corporate limits shall likewise be altered. (Ord. 561, 4-18-1983)
