Words not defined herein shall be given the meanings ordinarily applied to such words.
BICYCLE: Every device propelled by human power upon which any person may ride having two (2) tandem wheels, a steering handle, a saddle seat, and pedals by which it is propelled.
BUSINESS DISTRICT: The Business District as defined in section 10-5-1 of this Code.
HUMAN POWERED CONVEYANCE: Skateboards, rollerblades, roller skates, coasters, scooters, sleds or toy vehicles, and other similar devices. (Wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, or other similar devices that are used to assist the handicapped, the disabled, or the very young shall be exempt from the provisions of this chapter.)
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT: The territory contiguous to and including a way not comprising a business district. (Ord. 832, 9-4-2007)
