Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof be fined in an amount as established in the master fee schedule or be imprisoned in the Idaho County Jail for a period of not to exceed six (6) months or both. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue and/or each separate incident shall constitute a separate offense and be punishable as described hereunder. (Ord. 841, 8-4-2008; amd.
