A. The Public Works Director shall take cognizance of all solid waste related nuisances within the limits of the jurisdiction of the City, and shall take such measures as may be effectual to suppress and abate the same, including contracting to abate such nuisance and billing the property owner for the expense of abatement.
B. The improper collection, disposal or discharge into the atmosphere of hazardous material is hereby declared to be a nuisance and is unlawful. (Ord. 612, 2-6-1989)
