7-1-6: SEPARATION OF SOLID WASTE:
All solid waste shall be drained of excess water and all wet household solid waste or putrescible and any animal defecation shall be separately wrapped in tightly secured bags before being placed in a container. (Ord. 612, 2-6-1989)
