The Mayor may remove any person appointed under the authority of subsections (a) to (d) inclusive of Section 2.5
hereof, for neglect of duty, malfeasance in office, or for other just cause, having first given such person a copy of the charges and an opportunity to be heard in person or by counsel, before Council. Such removal when concurred in by Council shall be final.
