The Mayor shall have the power to appoint, subject to confirmation by Council, the following officers:
(a) Chief of Police;
(b) Chief of the Fire Department;
(c) Members of the Civil Service Commission; and
(d) Members of the Board of Health.
The Mayor shall have the power to appoint all other officers, department directors, and members of any boards or commissions whose positions may be created by Council and for whose appointment no other provision is made. Unless otherwise provided by this Charter or by ordinance, those appointees shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
