951.01 DEFINITIONS.

Whenever the words, terms or expressions herein defined occur in this chapter, they shall have the meanings given herein:

(a) "Park" means any public land, controlled or operated by the Parks and Recreation Department of the City.

(b) "Grandview residents" means any residents of the City and resident of any municipality who is in contract with the City concerning parks and recreation services.
