(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of $75 nor more than $750 each day.
(B) A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. In addition to any fine imposed, a person or entity convicted of violating §§ 53.01 through 53.05 may be ordered to remove and properly dispose of the garbage. If court action is necessary, any person or entity found guilty shall pay the Village Attorney’s fees, court, and incidental costs, and costs incurred by the village for removal of any garbage.
