§ 53.05 DUMPING ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.

It is unlawful and a violation of this subchapter for any person or entity to throw, place, dump, or deposit any garbage in any gutter, street, sidewalk, parkway, driveway, curb, alley, park, or any other public property of the village.
