§ 53.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DUMPSTER. Any bulk container with a capacity greater than one cubic yard constructed and placed for use as a depository for garbage.
   GARBAGE. Wastes resulting from the handling, preparation, cooking and consumption of food; wastes from the handling, storage and sale of produce; combustible trash, including, but not limited to, paper, cartons, boxes, barrels, wood, excelsior, tree branches, yard trimmings, wood furniture, and bedding; noncombustible trash, including, but not limited to, metals, tin cans, metal furniture, dirt, small quantities of rock and pieces of concrete, glass, and crockery; other mineral waste; street rubbish, including, but not limited to, street sweepings, dirt, leaves, and catch basin dirt; contents of litter receptacles; ashes; residue from fires used for cooking and for heating buildings; waste; and/or unwholesome materials of every kind and character.
   RESIDENTIAL. All single-family residences, duplexes, apartments, mobile homes, and trailers.
