§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of § 90.01 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100.

   (C)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of § 90.02 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (D)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of §§ 90.15 to 90.20 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 60 days, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
