(A) For the purpose of this section, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PARKS. Any park, reservation, playground, recreation center, or any other area in the village owned or used by the village and devoted to active or passive recreation.
PERSON. Any individual, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company, or organization of any kind.
(B) The hours of the village parks are as follows.
(1) From 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., the parks are open.
(2) From 10:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., the parks are closed.
(C) No person shall be present in any village park in violation of division (B) above.
