(A) The entire length of the Village Canal is hereby declared to be a no-wake zone, and all motorized watercraft shall be required to maintain a speed that creates no wake in the canal.
(B) No motorized watercraft shall be permitted in the area of the Village Canal lying east of the West Street boat launch ramp.
(C) No watercraft of any kind shall be anchored, docked, or tied up in the Village Canal other than at the five public dock spaces provided by the village.
(D) No watercraft shall be permitted to be docked, anchored, or tied up at the public docks provided by the village between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m.
(E) The West Street Village boat launch ramp shall remain clear at all times, and no person shall obstruct use of the ramp, or access points to the ramp, whether by watercraft or other motor vehicle, except during launching of watercraft or removal of watercraft from the Village Canal.
