All BMPs/STFs designed to meet the requirements of this Ordinance shall reference the appropriate technical standards, specifications and guidance as follows:
A. City of Grand Island Standards and Specifications for Construction.
B. Nebraska Department of Roads Drainage Design and Erosion Control Standards, Specifications and Guidance.
C. Any other alternative methodology approved by the City of Grand Island, which is demonstrated to be effective.
