35-21   Right Of Entry To Examine Fixtures, Etc.
All consumers of City water shall permit the Utilities Director, or person designated by the Director, during reasonable daytime hours, to enter their premises or buildings for the purpose of testing any meter, or to examine the pipes, meters or other fixtures.
