The following fees, which shall be listed on the City's User Fee Schedule, shall be paid in connection with the administration of this Chapter:
A. Registration Fee to be paid at the time of filing registration information.
B. Occupation tax for local exchange service to be paid quarterly.
C. Pole Rental to be paid annually for installing and operating telecommunications facilities on or in conjunction with City utility facilities, including particularly utility poles.
