34-10   Conditions Of Registration; Interference With The Public Ways
No registrant may locate or maintain its telecommunications facilities so as to unreasonably interfere with the use of the public ways by the City. All such facilities shall be moved by and at the expense of the registrant, temporarily or permanently, as determined by the City.
