A license shall be issued to a successful applicant hereunder after payment to the city treasurer of an annual license fee in accordance with the City of Grand Island Fee Schedule. All licenses shall expire on September 30 following date of issuance thereof, unless sooner revoked; and no license shall be assignable or transferable either as to permittee or equipment.
