32-61   Application And Permit
Before any well is installed pursuant to this article, the party desiring to construct the same shall first make an application to the public works director, which application shall show the location and size of such well and the purpose for which the same is to be used. If the construction of such well is approved by the City a permit to install the same shall be granted.
