32-57   Costs At And Within Intersections
The owners of corner lots at the intersections of streets shall be responsible for the cost of construction of the extensions of public sidewalks to the adjacent curb lines, and, in case of curb sidewalk construction, shall be responsible for the cost of all such sidewalks laid within the street intersection area.
