32-34   Violations Of Article
Any person who shall fail, neglect, or refuse to comply with, or violate any of the requirements or provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and if such person shall be a licensed drain layer or plumber, such license may be declared forfeited.
