The Purchasing Agent shall be a person with demonstrated executive and organizational ability with knowledge of public procurement law and contracts.
The City Attorney, or their designee, shall perform the duties of Purchasing Agent. The Purchasing Agent may establish rules and procedures regarding purchases, purchase orders and use of City credit cards.
