A. For the purpose of providing fishing for citizens, Pier Park Lake, Eagle Scout Park Lake, and other bodies of water capable of maintaining fish life may be stocked with fish.
B. The Parks and Recreation Director is authorized and directed to make application to the Nebraska Games and Parks Commission to obtain such fish.
