23-47   Lotteries
Lotteries conducted pursuant to the Nebraska County and City Lottery Act which are operated in accordance with an agreement approved by the City Council providing for payment in lieu of the tax imposed by Article V of Chapter 23 of the City Code shall be exempt from the provisions requiring payment of said tax.
