23-33   Receipt And Card
Upon payment of the tax required by this article, the solicitor, peddler or itinerant merchant shall be supplied with a card by the city clerk which is to be displayed in or about the vehicle or location used by such solicitor or peddler, and the receipt for such tax shall be carried on the person paying the same who goes from place to place.
