22-109   Rights Of Owner Or Lienholder
The owner of any impounded vehicle or the holder of any registered lien on any impounded vehicle may obtain possession of such impounded vehicle by paying to the City of Grand Island the charges assessed against such automobile for the impounding fee, towing charge and storage charges at any time prior to the sale of such impounded vehicle as provided for in §22-108.
