A. It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle upon the streets or in any publicly-owned parking lot in any manner or position other than that indicated by appropriate signs or markings, or as directed by an officer or authorized parking lot attendant.
B. It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle upon any publicly-owned property other than in an area clearly designated as a parking lot or parking area for motor vehicles.
C. For the purposes of this section the words "publicly-owned" shall mean property owned by the State of Nebraska or any of its political or governmental subdivisions.
