22-70   Driving Within Sidewalk Space
It shall be unlawful for the driver of a motor vehicle to drive such vehicle within any sidewalk space except when such space is a permanent or temporary driveway; provided, the provisions of this section shall not apply to vehicles authorized to be used for snow removal and street cleaning as provided in §32-75 of this Code.
