22-69   Riding On Outside Of Vehicles
   A.   It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to permit any person to:
      1.   Ride on the hood, top, fenders, or outside surface of any motor vehicle; or
      2.   Ride while sitting or standing on the doors or on the top of the seatback of any motor vehicle; or
      3.   Ride while standing in the passenger compartment of a motor vehicle, or to ride standing in an open truck bed.
   B.   It shall be unlawful for any person to:
      1.   Ride on the hood, top, fenders, or outside surface of any motor vehicle; or
      2.   Ride while sitting or standing on the doors or on top of the seatback of any motor vehicle; or
      3.   Ride while standing in the passenger compartment of a motor vehicle; or
      4.   Ride while standing in an open truck bed.
   C.   This ordinance shall not apply to persons participating in parades authorized by the city council.
