22-56 Debris On Street; Duty To Remove

It shall be unlawful for any person removing a wrecked or damaged motor vehicle or trailer from any street or alley to fail to remove from the street or alley all glass, debris, or other substances incident to the wrecked or damaged motor vehicle or trailer.
