An electrical outlet supplying at least one hundred and fifteen volts shall be provided for each manufactured home space. The installation shall comply with all applicable state and local electrical codes and ordinances. Such electrical outlets shall be grounded and weatherproof. No main power supply line shall be permitted to lie on the ground or to be suspended less than eighteen feet above the ground.
Streets, driveways and walkways shall be adequately lighted.
