21-21   Private Water And Sanitary Sewage Systems
In all cases where manufactured home parks or manufactured home lots are so situated that connections with the city water main or with sanitary sewer are not available, the private water supply and sanitary sewer disposal system for such parks or lots shall be located and constructed or reconstructed to meet the standards of the Uniform Plumbing Code as adopted by the city.
