21-16   Condition And Repair Of Park Grounds
Every person owning, operating or caring for a manufactured home park shall maintain such park ground, service buildings, baths, or other permanent equipment in connection herewith in a clean and sanitary condition and shall maintain such equipment in a state of good repair and shall in all respects comply with all the ordinances of the city.
