The owner or operator of any manufactured home park shall keep a register containing a record of all manufactured homes within the park to include the name, address, and occupation of each owner; the make, year, model, width, trade name, and length of each manufactured home; the present license plate of each manufactured home; and the date of arrival and departure of each manufactured home. Such record shall at all times be open for inspection to police officials or other officials of the city.
