Applications for a manufactured home park permit shall be in writing and signed by the applicant or authorized agent and shall contain the following:
A. The name and address of the applicant.
B. The interest of the applicant in and the location and legal description of the manufactured home park.
C. A complete plan of the manufactured home park, showing compliance with all applicable provisions of this chapter and regulations promulgated thereunder.
D. Such further information as may be requested by the chief building official or his/her designee to determine that the proposed manufactured home park will comply with legal requirements.
