19-9 Library Fund

Any tax levied or collected or funds donated for the benefit of the public library shall be kept for the use of such library separate and apart from all other funds of the city and shall be drawn upon by the proper officers upon the authenticated vouchers of the library board, and shall not be used or disbursed for any other purpose.
