16-38   Severability
The provisions of this chapter are severable. If any part of this chapter is declared to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall be unaffected thereby. It is the intention of the Council of the City of Grand Island that this chapter would have been adopted had such unconstitutional, illegal or invalid part not been included.
