16-26   Review Of Contract Rates
The Fire Department shall annually review the occupancy of buildings covered by fire protection contracts and shall report to the mayor any changes in occupancy which would affect the rate of changes made under such contracts. All contracts entered into for fire protection after the effective date of this ordinance shall include a rate structure as set forth in §16-25 of this Code.
