As used in §16-4, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
Flammable or explosive liquid or material shall mean gasoline, butane, propane, dynamite, nitroglycerin, or any other liquid or material of like character generally known to be inflammable or explosive.
Vehicle shall mean every device in, upon, or by which flammable or explosive liquids and materials are or may be transported, carried or hauled, including by way of description and not of limitation, trucks, tractor trucks, trailers, semi-trailers, tankers, and transports.
Person shall include all individuals, male and female, firms, associations, partnerships, and corporations.
