13-50   Sidewalk Usage; Regulations
All sidewalk displays, sandwich board signs, vending carts, and sidewalk cafes located within or directly abutting Business Improvement District No. 2 shall comply with Public Right-of-Way Usage Regulations to be promulgated and adopted by the Downtown Business Improvement District Board. Copies of the Public Right-of-Way Usage Regulations shall be on file with the City Clerk, and shall be available for public inspection.
