12-19   Commission Hearing; Procedure
The hearing before the Commission shall be conducted in accordance with the Civil Service Act. The parties to the hearing shall be the City of Grand Island and the employee subject to disciplinary action. All evidence shall be submitted under oath and subject to cross-examination. The hearing shall be transcribed by a qualified court reporter.
