12-18   Commission Hearing; Notice
After receipt of a demand for investigation, the chairperson of the Commission shall set a time, date, and place for hearing. Such date shall be subsequent to the date for completion of the investigation and shall be in accordance with the Civil Service Act. Notice shall be delivered to the City Attorney and the subject employee at least five (5) days prior to the hearing.
