12-11   Disciplinary Actions; Election
Upon receipt of an Accusation for disciplinary action the employee may elect to waive further Civil Service Act rights and proceed under the Personnel Rules of the City of Grand Island. Such election shall be made in writing within 72 hours after delivery of the Accusation.
